Home visits
Fen offers home visits for Postnatal treatments and for anyone who struggles to make it in person to the clinic due to mobility limitations.
Treatment costs
For Everybody: (First appointments are 90 mins and include a 30-minute consultation) Therapeutic Massage, Clinical Aromatherapy, Aromatic Meridian Massage and Shiatsu: £80 for 90mins, £60 for 60mins.
For Women: Prenatal & Postnatal Massage and 121 Pregnancy Yoga: £80 for 90 mins.
For Couples: Birthing Couple sessions: £80 for 90 mins.
Home visits: A cost of £10 will be added to cover for time and travel. Home visits are 90mins or 2hrs.

Doula package
From the time of booking confirmation, Fen will be available by phone or e-mail for any questions, concerns or anything left unsaid. The package will include meeting twice before your due date to develop and discuss your plan for labour. Fen will help you write a birth plan, discuss how to support both you and your partner, help, prepare and discuss what to expect either from a maternity ward or home birth, help alleviate any pre-labour fears and dispel myths, discuss pain relief options and process any previous birth trauma’s – as well as anything that comes to light in the later end of the pregnancy journey.
Fen will then be on call for you 24/7 – starting two weeks before your due date and then two weeks afterwards. Fen will be ready to come and join you in labour as soon as you are ready during this time; she will provide support for you and your birth partner in any way she can to ensure you have everything you need to have a positive labour experience. Once your baby is born, she will stay with you until you are comfortable and ready to nest with your newborn.
In the early postnatal period, Fen will visit you at least twice – firstly, checking in on you a few days after labour and then a week or two after that (this is governed by what is most convenient to you). During this time, there will be plenty of opportunity to talk through the labour, discuss any questions you have regarding motherhood, breastfeeding, or any issues that may arise. The scope of the care can be quite varied and depends entirely on your unique situation and needs, roles could include accompanying women to scans, hospital appointments, household chores, looking after your baby to help you get some sleep. This is ultimately an individually tailored package, contact Fen to chat through your specific needs.

Doula & massage package
The doula & massage package builds upon all the support that is offered as outlined above, but with the added benefit of a number of pre & postnatal massage sessions.
As part of the planning sessions, she will provide two 90 minute prenatal massages to help with pregnancy related aches and pains, restless nights and to help prepare body and mind and spirit for labour.
As part of this package, Fen can also teach a ‘massage for labour’ class for you and your birth partner. This is a three hour class during which she will show you and your partner a number of basic massage techniques that you can use during labour. For those with partners who have not experienced labour or maybe hold fear around the process – this is a great learning experience and will really help them understand more about your body and give them some ideas about how they can play a valuable role during the labour.
After birth, Fen will then additionally provide two deeply nourishing 90 minute postnatal massages to nurture and restore the – helping to blocked energy and gently supporting the healing process following pregnancy and labour.
